Placing an order
We ship all orders within 5-7 business days with the following exceptions:
- Pre-Orders:
- All Pre-Order items will have an estimated shipping timeline listed on the item description.
- Live Animals:
- We only ship Live Animals when weather is between 40 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We will hold all animals until it is safe to ship and we have been able to contact you to arrange a shipping date.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay!
We offer payment plans for Live Animal purchases over $750. A deposit of $250 is required and the remaining balance must be paid in full within 60 days or you will forfeit your deposit and claim to the animal. We will offer the deposit as store credit towards a future purchase.
We do not offer payment plans on items or dry goods at this time.
We sometimes offer discounts or run specials on Live Animals and items. Any discounts or specials will be sent to our email subscribers so we recommend signing up!
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. After this time frame, we cannot cancel your order! Please reach out to us at hello@geckofancy.com with your order number and we’ll get you taken care of!
Shipping & Delivery
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@geckofancy.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address more than 48 hours after your order has been placed.
In the event that your package is delayed, you will be able to track your package via the tracking number. We ship with reliable shipping networks and do not see delays frequently!
We ship orders within 5-7 business days with the exception of pre-orders and Live Animals.
To track your order, please add your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.
If you have not received your order but your tracking number shows the package has been delivered, you will need to contact the shipping provider the package was shipped with!
Returns & Refunds
We will accept unopened items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. There are no returns on Live Animals. You will need to pay for return shipping and we do not credit back the original shipping cost.
If your order arrives damaged or you find an item in your package is defective, please reach out to us at hello@geckofancy.com or via private message on Instagram or Facebook. We will make it right!
